in.tent was built on the belief that everything organizations do should be intentional and reflective of their mission and values, from the way they hire and onboard employees to the way they evaluate their programs and the impact of their work. Founder Susanna (Shoshi) Rothschild often calls on her 20 years experience in the summer camping industry (and love of sleeping in tents) to help guide organizations through strategic planning processes, the design and implementation of new evaluation processes, and the improvement of their organizational culture and employee experience in a way that helps to build organizational trust along the way.

Susanna (Shoshi) Rothschild is a consultant and facilitator who has 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit, summer camping, and arts sectors. She is passionate about helping organizations become more resilient and further the impact of their work, as well as building strong and supportive workplace cultures that lead to positive employee experiences. She loves working with organizations to help them identify their core values and use these values as a guide in developing strategic plans, programs, and evaluation processes.

Susanna holds a bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a master’s in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University, a program that calls on aspects of organizational development, change management, and organizational leadership. She conducted her thesis research on the correlation between organizational culture, employee engagement, and employee satisfaction in the workplace, and she continues to use this research to help her clients improve their overall organizational culture and employee experience.

Susanna lives in Montreal, Quebec, where she loves taking advantage of the amazing food, theatre, and music that the city has to offer. She considers herself extremely lucky to be able to spend most of her weekends enjoying the great outdoors with her husband and their dog, snowshoeing, skiing, hiking, canoeing, or just relaxing in a hammock. A long time supporter of the arts, Susanna is the proud Vice President of the MainLine Theatre and Montreal Fringe Festival Board of Directors.
